Weight reduction and Diets - What Diet Plan is Best?

Fad diets come and go with brand new versions out every week. Many of them are big in promises and small on delivery. So elaborate a person to do? I for one have spent a lot of money on the latest greatest diet plans over the years.

If a friend tells me they've lost lots of weight on a diet and says how great it really is I try it, only to find myself bloated, exhausted, grumpy or hungry all of the time. Then another buddy will recommend a different diet and I'm there, ready to try that one too.

It seems what works with one group of people, doesn't necessarily work for another. But short of spending a fortune about diet plans, how do you know what will work best for you?

Well for starters, you put your wallet away and also take a common sense approach to the problem. Basically, there are 3 and only three diet versions out there. They have various names and different menu types, but they all fall into one of these simple three categories.

The Low Fat Diet plan. This would include most of your calorie counting diet plans, Weight Watchers, DASH and the Ornish diet. These weight loss plans reduce calories and the amount of fat you consume; which is a very sound plan. But remember, there are just three types of food - proteins, fats along with carbohydrates. When you reduce the fat in a diet, you need to raise one or both of the other two types of meals. And because raising the amount of protein usually raises body fat level too, most low-fat diets are full of carbohydrates.

The Low Carbohydrate Diet. The dietary plan would include diets such as the Atkins Diet and also the South Beach Diet. These diets increase the level of protein you take in and lower the carbs. But just like the Low Fat Diet, when you reduce the volume of one type food from a diet, you are going to increase another. When you reduce the amount of carbohydrates in your diet, you end up with more fat. And the third type diet regime is something in between. We'll call it the T'ween diet. This type diet includes the Mediterranean sea Diet, the G. I. Diet (Glycemic Catalog Diet), the Idiot Proof Diet and the Area Diet. These diets reduce the amount of fat within the diet and get rid of simple carbohydrates while changing them with fewer, but more complex carbohydrates.

And while it might be tempting to make a blanket statement that the T'ween diet program would come closer to being the perfect diet for most people (and I do believe these diets are better to get more dieters than the other two), not all dieters react the same to all diets.

So if if you're ready to find the last diet you'll ever require, you need to first decide which of these three diet variations is best for your body type. But once again, how do you know what type is dieta 1000 calorias por dia?
